About me
Grace has a commercial career that spans 20+ years in Oil & Gas, Retail, and Public sectors, performing management roles in IT, Organisation Development and HR. Grace also provides consultancy to faith-based organisationsĀ on Leadership, Change & Culture, Strategy, and Growth. Churches have included HTB Basingstoke (CofE), Emmanuel Christian Centre (AOG), and New Testament Church of God churches across the country. Grace serves as a trustee of Just Money (www.justmoney.org.uk) and Vice-Chair of Bringing Hope Ltd. (www.bringinghope.co.uk). As a result of her charitable work and projects with women, she was made a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
She was the first Chair of Shell UKā€™s African Employee Network (2003-2011), where she grew the membership from 90 to 300 members in 3 years. In 2006, Grace won the Corporate MainstreamĀ Award for Shell from the European Federation of Black Women Business Owners (EFBWBO).Ā Grace was also a member of Tearfundā€™s Dream Team from 2017-2018 providing strategic input into the Black-Majority Churches strategy.
Grace is also ordained and holds a doctorate in Pastoral Theology.
